Refund & Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges for both defective and non-defective products, as long as the item is in new condition and returned within 14 days of delivery.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return or exchange, email chad@3dcc.cc within 14 days of receiving your order.

Please include:

• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue
• A photo if the item is defective or damaged

Eligibility Requirements

• Items must be in new, unused condition.
• Returned items must include all original packaging.
• Returns initiated after 14 days will not be accepted.
• Custom color items are not eligible for return unless defective.

Return Shipping

• Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Restocking Fee

A 10% restocking fee applies to all non-defective returns.

Refund Timeline

Refunds are issued within 7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges for new, unused items within the return window. To request an exchange, email chad@3dcc.cc.
